Outdoor renovation for flexible backyard seating area for the newly opened Little Egg restaurant in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The design responds to the unique geometry of the existing yard and the intent for a multi-use environment to support a range of programs, from everyday dining service to casual gatherings to intimate group dinners. A combination of fixed and movable elements enable the space to transform for each use. The multi-tone material palette creates a cohesive and cheerful setting for patrons and community members to enjoy.
